Friday Favorites

28 miles down this week and 20 more to go. Tomorrow is a rest day and Sunday morning I’ll be gearing up for my first 20 mile run. The plan for now is to run 7 miles to a local 10k race and then 7 miles home. I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes of course. In the meantime, here are my favorites for the week…
